In 2006, Dara briefly worked as a case manager at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP. In 2007, she received her law degree from Georgia State College of Law. She then worked in patent litigation for Heninger Garrison Davis and later as junior associate for Solomon Jeffries LLP, where she oversaw civil litigation matters ranging from business disputes to toxic mold and personal injury claims. In 2016, she moved to Colorado, focusing on patents, prosecutions, and business litigation at CR Miles.

In 2020, Dara moved back to Atlanta and joined the Mold Firm where she could better pursue her passion of giving a voice to tenants, homeowners, and families whose homes have been devastated and their lives disrupted by exposure to toxic mold. When Dara is not busy helping families rebuild their lives at the Mold Firm, she enjoys ice hockey, soccer, cooking, reading, crafting and of course, spending time with her friends and family (especially her nephews).
